  • [FIX] - Analytics: Fixed coverage analytics detail tables when clicking a box. Sometimes data would never stop loading
  • [FIX] - Checklist: When importing a checklist, sheets, topics, items and itemanswers having checklist codes not listed in checklist worksheet will now be ignored instead of throwing an error
  • [NEW] - Analytics: Added scheduling duration evaluation in coverage charts and coverage late badges. Scheduling are now treated as late only when scheduling date + duration time goes extends beyond the current time (only new analytics supported. Old dashboards will keep ignoring the duration)

  • [NEW] - Coverfields: Coverfields section has been totally reworked, now allowing backoffice administrators to create unique coverfields, localize them, flagging them as available as filters, and assigning this new entity to one or more checklists. Read more on the manual section. Old coverfields used prior to this update have been automatically adjusted to suit the structure.
  • [New] - Analytics: A new analytics page has been added, showing average reports by unique checklist template
  • [New] - Online guide: New sections related to teams, roles and coverfields have been added to online guide. Backoffice administrators can reach the guides by clicking on the blue question mark located in the page header of each page

  • [FIX] - AP: Root cause is now displayed only for checklists enabled for root causes
  • [FIX] - AP: After registering, the new user will now be redirected to a page where all actions owned are displayed
  • [FIX] - AP: Fixed the "Unauthorized" display page when using an email with upper cased characters by clicking the link contained in emails.
  • [FIX] - Miscs: "Remember me" in the login form is now always behaving as expected across modern browsers (browsers must allow functional cookies for the feature to work), keeping the user logged in until a logout happens.

  • [FIX] - Analytics: Corrected a bug which prevented filters and detail table data to be corrected updaded when changing date range in dashboard page
  • [FIX] - Users: Fixed a wrong data binding related to delegations. Now, even when selecting only one users in the "can delegate to" dropdown, data will correctly be displayed
  • [FIX] - AP: Corrected sheet and topic order in the main task list which were previously inverted
  • [FIX] - Reports: Reports related inspection points deleted and no longer related to any area  have been added to the resulting table

  • [FIX] - Checklist Import: Local administrators will now properly be able to localize checklists and their contents without altering the checklist content when the checklist is not set to be edited by local administrators
  • [FIX] - Report: Corrected a bug which caused some date to show the previous day for question type "date" and "date range" in reports
  • [FIX] - Analytics: Fixed some filters not properly rendered in some pages
  • [NEW] - AP: When clicking a link contained in emails sent by the AP portal, users will no longer be prompted to insert the workspace, but they will automatically be redirected to the right one. IMPORTANT: This line applies only to new emails, old ones will retain the old behaviour

  • [NEW] - Calendar Import: A new wizard is now available to import schedules from an excel file. The wizard will allow users to upload a custom file, select the right worksheet, and map each column to the right property. Input values for the selected column still need to match the expected type
  • [NEW] - Calendar Import: Template file has been rewritten to better reference the way to populate columns, in order to give users a better UX. Template values are random and intended as reference only.
  • [NEW] - Analytics: Added most common critical items in Analytics - performance page, accessible by a new icon inside the detail table. On click, a popup window will present the top10 critic question, and clicking on a specific row, will trigger a new window to open, allowing users to perform a deeper and smoother analysis
  • [NEW] - Analytics: Extracted checklists are now represented in hierarchical order in checklist filter, when displaying performance
  • [FIX] - Analytics: Fixed an error which could break the graphical layout when no thresholds had been set for at least one checklist in the result list
  • [FIX] - Analytics: Fixed an error which could stop tables rendering when doing certain interactions
  • [FIX] - Organizational Units: Fixed a wrong behaviour which did not allow global admins to edit checklist tags in case organizational units  were enabled.

  • [FIX] - Calendar: Fixed a bug which could lead to a server error when opening a scheduling related to an organizational unit

  • [FIX] - Checklist import: Fixed a wrong behaviour which did not allow to correctly import custom answers in certain circumstances
  • [NEW] - Organizational Units: Organizational Units are now accessible as standalone menu voice. It was previously contained inside inspection points
  • [NEW] - Analytics: Added a new synthetic dashboard related to products and defectiveness
  • [NEW] Parsing rules: Added a new functionality related to products. It is now possible to scan complex codes (datamatrix, QR CODE, barcode) and parse them according to set rules
  • [NEW] - Teams: Teams have been moved under checklists menu, in order to better reflect their relational scope. Teams no longer grant user permissions and they are now used only to create relations between users and checklists.
  • [NEW] - Roles: Permissions have been separated from teams, and placed under users & roles. Roles will now set permissions attributes for users.
  • [UX ENHANCEMENT] - Organizational Units: Renamed macroareas to Organizational Units
  • [UX ENHANCEMENT] - Password reset: An automated redirect to login has been added when successfully reseting user password in order to make UX smoother  
  • [UX ENHANCEMENT] - Misc: filter and create buttons moved to the right and their colors changed to reflect their functionalities

  • [NEW] IP: Export & Import with Province column
